Q: I Can’t Find The Exact Truck Or Van Part I’m Looking For Listed On This Site. Does That Mean You Don’t Carry It?

A: No! We have access to thousands of truck and van body parts. If you’re looking for a part manufactured by one of the brands we carry, we may be able to find it for you. Just call us at 478-696-6750 or email us at help@bigdealparts.com, and one of our parts specialists will help you out.

Q: Do You Offer Free Shipping?

A: No. Since many of the truck and van body parts we carry are large, heavy and difficult to ship, shipping can add a significant cost.

However, we will never charge you for handling. One of our parts specialists will be more than happy to work with you to come up with the most cost-efficient delivery method. For instance, if you have the ability to pick up your order rather than have it freight-shipped, we’ll gladly coordinate that with you at no cost.

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

A: Return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, contact us by phone or email and we’ll do everything we can to get it resolved.

Q: Where Can I Find The Model And Serial Number For My Box Truck?

A: You can find the model number just behind the cab on the road side (driver’s side) of the truck. For a full guide with pictures, you can go to our model number guide.

Q: Where Can I Find The Model And Serial Number For My Flatbed?

A: On a Smyrna Truck flatbed, this can be found toward the front of the bed, either on the bulkhead or under the bed itself. If you still have trouble, we’ll be happy to help you, just give us a call or email us the VIN, and we’ll do the rest.

Q: Where Can I Find The Model And Serial Number For My Utility Bed?

A: Usually in the front compartment of the utility bed (it can be on either the driver or passenger side). If you can’t find it, we’ll be happy to help you, just give us a call or email us the VIN, and we’ll do the rest.

Q: Can I Pick Up My Order Myself, Or Schedule My Own Carrier Pick-up?

A: Absolutely, we pride ourselves in our personal touch when it comes to service. If arranging for your own pick-up, call or email us and one of our parts experts will coordinate the details with you. If you’d like to arrange for your own carrier pick-up, simply provide us your preferred carrier’s information in the order notes, and we’ll provide you instructions and a pick-up window once the order is ready.

Q: Why Hasn't My Credit Card Been Charged Yet?

We don't charge your card until we have shipping costs calculated. Shipping LTL (we ship most parts this way) can vary greatly in cost. Instead of following up and charging you twice, we just pre-authorize the card so we can add the shipping charges. This can take a few business days.
